Does taking an NIL deal cost my child their eligibility?

In North Carolina, no — NIL is permitted for NCHSAA athletes when every condition is met and the agreement is disclosed before it is signed. In South Carolina, public-school athletes cannot earn NIL compensation at all under the current SCHSL bylaw, while SCISA private-school athletes can. The association matters more than the state.

Are you agents?

No. We are advisors and consultants. We provide NIL education, deal preparation, brand strategy and athletic development. Where an engagement would constitute athlete-agent activity under state law, we say so and bring in properly registered professionals.

My athlete is a freshman. Is it too early?

It is the best time. The compliance education, the film habits, the training base and the social presence all take a year or more to build properly. Families who call us after the first offer arrives are already behind.

What does it cost?

The evaluation is free. Beyond that, engagement structures vary by what the athlete actually needs, and we walk through the numbers in plain terms before anything is signed. We do not charge for deals we did not bring.
