A note on the athlete series. Athlete-series apparel is produced and sold with the written permission of the athlete and, where the athlete is a minor, the parent or legal guardian. Products carrying an athlete’s name or likeness use no school names, school marks, uniforms or team logos, and are sold independently of any school, athletic association, college or brand partner. “JAXON DOLLAR” is pending U.S. trademark registration (USPTO Ser. No. 99213510).
